Are they trying to find more ways to delay shipments.. They've cost me 4 rentals so far in a weeks time and I've contacted them 4 times during that span. So far more company lines and 1 e-coupon (the other that was promised was never emailed). If this is true they lose any advantage they have over Netflix (for me atleast). Wow…is this really true?
