Vu Noodles is the most unknown among my favorite places to eat in Cville. I would be completely satisfied just alternating between the Ginger Lemongrass Tofu and the Noodles with Tofu Caramelized Onions every other day forever. They are just so good. I know a few people who wouldn’t touch Tofu but will gladly do so for Vu Noodles. Julie, the owner, is considering expanding the menu at Carver Rec Center location with some vegan Pho. Since I actually made a second post to my list, maybe there is some hope that I will keep this list growing. And considering that Charlottesville is chock full of restaurants, with more restaurants per capita than Portland and nearly as many as San Francisco and Seattle, my job is not so difficult.
